One daygreat, fantastic! The next...well you'll get the picture.The true journey of the human heart is indeed very diffi-cult. I hope that as you read through these pages you'll recog-nize bits and pieces of yourself within them. We are so alike,and yes, so very different. But I think at the core of all human-ity is the ability to love. No matter what language we speak orwhere we live in the world, the essence of ourselves is made oflove. Love is really all I ever write about. Even tales aboutcleaning "Sweet Maries" from the cat litter, or watching mydad build a squirrel-proof bird feeder, it's all about love.
